Related to LO3

Woman in black case study.

To achieve LO3 i wanted to look at a similar sounding film on a larger scale and what their sound team consisted with. Below is a screen shot from IMDB of the sound department crew names and roles.

As it can be seen, ‘Woman In Black’ had around 22 people in their sound department. This included around 4-5 location sound people, including mixers and boom operators, 3 rerecording mixers and a range of sound editors, foley editors etc. They also have a supervising sound editor who would be in charge overall and assistant sound director. These role match what was previously mentioned in the roles of each.
